Once you have decided which product you like, proceed to checkout, enter your details or log on and continue to the payment window. If you experience any problems please call us and we will be more than happy to assist.
Once you have placed an order you will receive an order acknowledgement by email, this includes a link to our artwork upload form.
Yes you will need to approve your artwork before we print your order, you will receive an email with your artwork to proof within 24hours (this does not include Saturday and Sunday)
Your order will be delivered within 7-10 days after you have approved your artwork.

Yes orders can be amended by calling us before production however once you have approved artwork and we are in production we cannot amend your order. Orders can also be refunded prior to artwork being approved.

Please supply your logo in PDF, AI or EPS versions.
Yes, we quality check all logos before sending your artwork to proof and we will contact you if there is an issue with the artwork.
Yes, you will receive an email within 24hours of submitting your artwork with proof of your design, you will need to approve this before we produce your order, please note this does not include Saturday or Sunday.
